Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to study the learning organization characteristics of Thachana School, and 2) to investigate guidelines for developing a learning organization at Thachana School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon. The study encompassed five domains: personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking. The research population consisted of 56 administrators and teachers from Thachana School in the academic year 2025. The research instruments were a five-level rating scale questionnaire, with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.93 and a semi-structured interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings revealed that the overall learning organization of Thachana School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon across all five domains was at a high level. When considering each domain individually, shared vision had the highest mean score, followed by team learning, System Thinking, Personal Mastery while mental models had the lowest mean score. Regarding the guidelines for developing a learning organization, it was found that school administrators should cultivate an open and supportive work environment that fosters collective learning. This includes encouraging personnel to maintain an adaptable mindset and a readiness for continuous learning, while promoting active participation in defining the school's shared vision and strategic goals. Furthermore, team learning should be enhanced through the provision of necessary resources and a conducive working environment. Additionally, a clear and systematic operational process encompassing planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation should be established to ensure organizational efficiency.
