Efficiency had the lowest mean score. 2)The guidelines for administration based on good governance indicate that administrators should manage the organization systematically in accordance with the principles of Good Governance, encompassing effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, with transparency ensured through open information disclosure, while participation from all stakeholders is encouraged in decision-making and organizational development. Furthermore, the administration adheres to the principles of the rule of law, equity, and consensus-building, ensuring fairness and efficiency in management. |
