Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and propose guidelines for Participatory Administration of Kositsamosorn School under the Primary Bangkok Educational Service Area Office. The study consisted of four aspects : participation in decision making, participation in operations, participation in benefits, and participation in the assessment. The population used in this research included 33 administrators and teachers of Kositsamosorn School in the academic year 2025. The research instruments were a five-level rating scales questionnaire and a semi structured interview from. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings revealed that the overall level of participatory administration across all 4 components was high. When considering each aspect individually, it was found that participation in benefits had the highest mean score, participation in the assessment, participation in operations, The aspect with the lowest mean score was participation in decision making.Regarding the guidelines for Participatory administration, it was found that school administators employ school-based management (SBM) and the principles of good governance to foster staff participation across all stages from strategic planning and teamwork to performance evaluation via the after action review (AAR) process. This approach aims to boost morale and ensure fair welfare distribution while cultivating a sense of organizational ownership through transparent communication, ultimately driving sustainable school development.
