Abstract: The purposes of this research were: (1) to investigate the learning organization management of Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani–Chumphon; and (2) to propose guidelines for learning organization management of Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani–Chumphon. The proposed guidelines consisted of five dimensions comprising 49 strategies: personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking. The population consisted of 93 teachers of Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani–Chumphon during the 2025 academic year. The key informants were three school administrators from schools with similar contexts, selected through purposive sampling. The selection criteria required that the administrators have at least two years of administrative experience. The research instruments included a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .969 and a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that the overall learning organization management of Sawiwittaya School was at a high level across all five dimensions. When each dimension was considered individually, personal mastery obtained the highest mean score, followed by team learning, mental models, and shared vision, respectively, whereas systems thinking received the lowest mean score. Furthermore, the findings yielded 49 guidelines for learning organization management. The proposed guidelines emphasize that school administrators should systematically and continuously enhance teachers' personal mastery by encouraging active participation in school administration, collaborative teamwork, and evidence-based decision-making through the effective use of information systems. In addition, administrators should cultivate a shared vision and common organizational goals through transparent communication and organizational commitment. The findings also highlight the importance of promoting team learning through Professional Learning Communities (PLC), knowledge sharing, and collaborative knowledge creation, while applying systems thinking to analyze, improve, monitor, and continuously develop school operations, thereby fostering sustainable organizational development.
