Abstract: The main objective of this academic article is to study environmental change, particularly climate change, and its impact on humans, and to discuss the importance of green politics. The study found that amidst increasingly interconnected global environmental changes and a variety of problems, examples include smog, toxic dust, air pollution, contaminated water, overflowing garbage, and the destruction and degradation of natural resources. These are all results of human actions that disrupt the balance of nature, leading to various disasters. These phenomena have a significant and increasing impact on the economy and humanity. This issue is fundamentally an environmental problem, and politics is interconnected with the environment, influencing environmental policy in all countries. Therefore, addressing these environmental problems is a challenge for political leaders. To foster a green politics in Thai society that aligns with sustainable development, political parties and the government should prioritize the conservation of natural resources and the environment by making environmental policies a core policy and actively and continuously campaigning for the participation of all sectors.
