Abstract: The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop and determine the efficiency of an AI chatbot to support Python programming learning for computer education students at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University; 2) compare students' learning achievement before and after learning; and 3) study students' satisfaction with learning via the AI chatbot. The sample group consisted of 28 first-year computer education students at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, selected through cluster sampling. The research instruments included: 1) the AI chatbot for Python programming, 2) a learning achievement test, and 3) a satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings revealed that: 1) the AI chatbot very high quality in chatbot development ( = 4.85, S.D. = 0.17) and very high instructional media quality ( = 4.55, S.D. = 0.58), with an instructional efficiency (E1/E2) of 81.90/85.12, which higher than the established 80/80 criterion; 2) students' post-test achievement scores were significantly higher than their pre-test scores at the .05 level; and 3) students' overall satisfaction with the AI chatbot was at the highest level ( = 4.64, S.D. = 0.54).
