This article aims to present and evaluate the results of promoting employment opportunities for students who are about to graduate, and to propose operational guidelines using a three-dimensional quality framework, which includes: (1) developing essential workplace skills (2) enhancing hands-on work experience and (3) improving access to employment opportunities. Udonthani Industrial and Community Education College was selected as the case study due to its effective student support system, which includes vocational training, professional behavior development, internship programs, and connections with local businesses. Approaches effectively prepare students for the workforce, provide real workplace experience, and create more pathways to employment. This leads to better job prospects and economic fairness for students. In today's rapidly changing economic and technological environment, preparing students for employment has become increasingly important. Stable employment provides individuals with sufficient income and improves overall quality of life and economic equality in society. This paper concludes by offering practical guidelines that other educational institutions can adapt to improve employment opportunities for their graduating students.en_US
