The objectives of this research are (1) to study the production process of lighting in concerts and cultural events, College of Music, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus; (2) to study the factors promoting the production process of lighting in concerts and cultural events, College of Music, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus; and (3) to study the development of the production process model of lighting in concerts and cultural events, College of Music, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. The sample group used in the research was Light Sound Production staff of College of Music, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. Purposive Sampling was used. The research instrument was a qualitative interview form consisting of questions about the respondent’s information and specific questions about the lighting production process. The research results found that (1) the lighting production process starts from a discussion with the employer about the performance guidelines. If there is no briefing, the design team will use their knowledge and experience to design lighting according to the context of the work, using available equipment, namely Moving Spot, Pixel Bar, and Moving LED. Then, the lighting cues are designed together with other teams for consistency in each scene. (2) Important factors that promote the lighting production process include the use of modern technology, such as the MA2 control board, which can create 3D simulation images and allow for precise lighting adjustments, as well as the skills and knowledge of the designers who can apply color and lighting rhythms to create emotions for the audience. (3) Future development guidelines should focus on the use of digital technology, such as the Follow Me system, to increase the accuracy of artist tracking, and the lighting cues should be planned and rehearsed closely with various teams to increase the efficiency of the performance. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for developing a moreen_US
