Abstract: This article aims to present the theoretical concepts, key principles, benefits of participatory management, and the role of educational administrators in such management. Participatory management is a critical mechanism for driving educational institutions or organizations towards successful quality management and operational efficiency. Therefore, it involves administrators managing by encouraging expression of opinions, facilitating collective problem-solving, and developing processes to achieve shared objectives. The principles require creating a democratic atmosphere, fostering inclusivity, granting autonomy, and exercising appropriate authority. Participatory management fosters team cohesion, addresses individual and collective needs, reduces interpersonal conflicts, and allows participants to fully demonstrate their capabilities.
