Abstract: This article aims to present being a teacher in the 21 st century teaches learners knowledge. Understanding the content that the teacher is responsible for, incorporating morality and ethics so that the learner already has desirable characteristics. It is also necessary to have knowledge to keep up with the changes of learners who are different from "students" in the way we have understood in the past, because today's learners are able to access various knowledge from various channels and constantly develop themselves. It is not only one way to receive or wait for transmission from the teacher, but in the current situation, it is found that students will have two problems: emotional problems and behavioral problems. The various news published about the problem of education, As a result, parents expect care and attention from teachers in their training. Curing habits Students need teachers who can consult on anything. An important tool that enables teachers to develop themselves into modern teachers who are in line with the needs of learners and changes in society is a tool or body of knowledge called "educational psychology", which is the science that studies the learning process and development of learners. To find theories and principles that will help solve educational problems and promote teaching and learning more effectively.
