Abstract: The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the communication process to increase service efficiency of AOTGA Airports of Thailand Company. (Suvarnabhumi Airport) 2. To study communication factors to increase service efficiency of AOTGA Airports of Thailand Company. (Suvarnabhumi Airport) 3. To study guidelines for developing communication processes to increase service efficiency of AOTGA Airports of Thailand Company. (Suvarnabhumi Airport) is a qualitative research. Sample group: 3 people. Interview instrument. Descriptive data analysis The results of the study found that 1) Communication process to increase service efficiency of AOTGA Airports of Thailand Company. (Suvarnabhumi Airport) including: 1. The messenger must have communication skills. Have a good attitude towards the substance 2. The receiver must have knowledge of the matter to be communicated. Understand the ecosystem and organizational culture 3. Message, content to be communicated The story or message sent may be in the form of information, knowledge, thoughts, desires, or emotions, consisting of an explanation of the background, objectives, importance, and benefits. 4.Communication channels Use a mix of channels. 2) Communication factors to increase service efficiency of AOTGA Airports of Thailand Company. (Suvarnabhumi Airport) consists of the communicator factor. Must have communication skills Both the sender and receiver should have expertise in sending and receiving messages. In order to understand each other correctly, including attitudes, knowledge levels, social systems and culture. Contextual factors include: Social and cultural systems that determine the roles and status of different people and environmental factors such as noise, noise, and atmosphere in communication. 3) Guidelines for developing communication processes to increase efficiency in providing services of AOTGA Airports of Thailand Company. (Suvarnabhumi Airport) 1. Skills and methods for developing communication to increase service efficiency 2.Using a language level appropriate to communication in service work and 3. Communication development to increase service efficiency.
