Designing an order channel application for Baan Khunyaay Thong Muan Shop. Ban Pong District Ratchaburi Province

Abstract

This research aims to 1) design an order channel application for Baan Khunyaay Thong Muan shop, Baan Pong district, Ratchaburi province, and 2) evaluate the satisfaction of users of the order channel application for Baan Khunyaay Thong Muan shop, Baan Pong district, Ratchaburi province. The sample group used in this study was 30 customers who came to buy Baan Khunyaay Thong Muan shop, selected by random sampling. The instruments used in this development were an interview with the entrepreneur for application development and a satisfaction questionnaire for customers using the order channel application. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) the results of designing the order channel application for Baan Khunyaay Thong Muan shop, Baan Pong district, Ratchaburi province, can help increase the distribution channels of the shop's products and stimulate sales in another channel. 2) The results of the study on customer satisfaction with the order channel application for Baan Khunyaay Thong Muan shop, Baan Pong district, Ratchaburi province, overall, were found to be at the highest level 𝑥̅= 4.59.
