Development of a mobile application for distributing coconut products for farmers in Ban Phaeo District, Samut Sakhon Province

Abstract

The objectives of this development are as follows: 1) To develop a mobile application for distributing coconut products for farmers in Ban Phaeo District, Samut Sakhon Province. 2) To evaluate satisfaction with the development of the mobile application for distributing coconut products for farmers in Ban Phaeo District, Samut Sakhon Province. The sample group used for development comprises 30 customers who travel to purchase coconut products for farmers, selected randomly. The research tools used in this study include a self-created questionnaire for data collection, consisting of two main sections: Section 1 collects information about the evaluators, while Section 2 evaluates satisfaction with the use of the mobile application for distributing coconut products for farmers. Data analysis is conducted using basic statistics. Results of the development reveal that: 1) A mobile application for distributing coconut products for farmers has been developed. 2) The study on the satisfaction level of the sample group indicates that overall satisfaction with the application usage is at the highest level When considering specific aspects, it was found that satisfaction level is highest across all areas.
