dc.description.abstract | The research aims to study: 1. The influence of learning organization factors on the high-performance organization status of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, and 2. The influence of happiness at work on the high-performance organization status of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The study sample consisted of 2 4 0 university employees. Quota sampling was employed for participant selection. Data were collected through questionnaires. The statistical methods used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research results found that: 1. The overall factors of a learning organization are at a high level, and the influence of the learning organization factors that affect the high-performance organization of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University includes the aspect of team learning (X4). The equation has a predictive power of 74.70%, and the equation can be written as follows: Ŷtot = -0.19-0.10X 1+0.09X2+ 0.06X3+0.32 X4**+ 0.01X5 2. The overall factors of job happiness are at a high level, and the influence of job happiness factors that affect the high-performance organization of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University includes job satisfaction (X6), positive emotions (X9), and life satisfaction (X11). The equation has a predictive power of 74.70%, and the equation can be written as follows: Ŷtot = 0.19+0.17X6**+0.03X7+ 0.00X8+0.21X9**+0.02X10+0.12X11** | en_US |
