Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) development of online teaching media together with blended learning management to develop teachers' professional skills in the 21st century of second-year undergraduate students 2) find the efficiency of development of online teaching media developed 3) compare learning achievement before and after learning of students with online teaching media The sample group was 30 second-year undergraduate Chinese language major students at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, 1 classroom, which was obtained by group sampling. Research tools 1) Online teaching media 2) Academic achievement test. Statistics used in the research include mean, percentage, standard deviation. and T-test dependent. The research findings showed that 1) online teaching media developed there are quality assessment results by experts as the highest in overall content and media production techniques (𝑥̅ = 4.57, S.D. = 0.44) 2) the efficiency of online teaching media is 80.66/84.67 which meets the specified criteria of 80/80 and 3) the students learning achievements with online teaching media higher than before learned was significantly at .05 levels
