Abstract: The objectives of the research were 1) to synthesis of a conceptual framework for Problem–based Learning via Online Learning and 2) To evaluate the conceptual framework, Target group include 5 experts in computer studies, research tools, including 1) related documents and research 2) digital media synthesis for Problem– based Learning via Online Learning. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that 1) The synthesis of a conceptual framework for Problem– based Learning via Online Learning, consisting of 6 steps, namely (1) Define the problem, (2) Understand the problem, (3) Research, (4) Analyze, (5) Summarize, (6) Presentation and Evaluation, and 2) The evaluation results of the suitability of the synthesis of a conceptual framework for Problem–based Learning via Online Learning. It was found to be appropriate at a high level. ( 𝑥̅= 4.44, S.D. = 0.85 )
