dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this research were 1) to study the efficiency of financial and accounting operations of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. Chumphon Khet Udomsak Campus, Chumphon Province. 2) Study opinions. of institute employees on financial and accounting performance of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Chumphon Khet Udomsak Campus, Chumphon Province. 3) Study the guidelines for improving efficiency in finance and accounting operations of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. Chumphon Khet Udomsak Campus, Chumphon Province The samples used in this research were Personnel of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Chumphon Khet Udomsak Campus, Chumphon Province, totaling 113 people. The instrument used for data collection was a level questionnaire. Opinions on the efficiency of financial and accounting operations of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Chumphon Khet Udomsak Campus, Chumphon Province. Data were analyzed using a packaged program. The statistics used to analyze the data are The values were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation (S.D.). Chumphon Khet Udomsak Campus, Chumphon Province, most of the academic support positions of 60 people accounted for 53.10%, followed by academic positions of 46 people, representing 40.70% and executive positions of 7 people, representing 6.20%. 2) Financial and Accounting Performance Efficiency Study Results of King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Chumphon Khet Udomsak Campus, Chumphon Province.
