dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were: 1. to study the problems and strategies for driving quality development using community innovations; 2 . to study the strategies for driving quality development using community innovations; 3.The results of using strategies to develop reading quality by using community-based innovation, with the population being civil servants, volunteer teachers, sub-district non-formal teachers, and personnel under the office. Non-Formal Non-Formal Education, Khon Kaen, 269 people. The tools used in the research were the strategy manual for driving the development of reading quality by using community-based innovation. Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, Khon Kaen Province Assessment form for the use of strategies to drive reading quality development using community innovation as a base Office of the Promotion of Non-formal Education and Informal Education, Khon Kaen Province Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics: percentage, percentage progress, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that The current state of the promotion of reading promotion activities using community innovations is the aspect of providing media and developing learning resources to organize reading promotion activities of the community. in the development of community innovations to be used in organizing activities to promote the development of personnel involved in the use of community innovations for reading promotion activities; supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the use of community innovations for reading promotion activities. And promoting the participation of network partners in organizing reading promotion activities of the community, which brought the problems that have been developed to develop strategies to drive the development of reading quality. The research results showed that there were 7 strategies as follows: 1) Khon Kaen City of Reading Strategy Increase knowledge in the digital age 2) Strategy to mobilize all sectors to drive reading promotion activities 3 ) Strategy to create an environment and media conducive to promoting reading. 4 ) Strategy to develop quality reading promotion activity management system. 5 ) Strategy to develop community innovation to create Khon Kaen City of Reading. 6) Strategy to develop target groups of all ages to have love habits. 7 ) Strategies for digital technology development towards community innovation promoting reading and the results of developing a strategy to drive quality development of reading using community innovation as a basis. Office of the Promotion of Non-formalEducation and Informal Education, Khon Kaen Province, found that after using the strategy to drive the development of reading quality using community innovation as a basis. in excellent level and has an increasing percentage equal to 30.00en_US
