Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to: 1) find the status of knowledge management of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University’s students; 2) compare knowledge management between groups of students as classified by gender, class and faculty of studies; and 3) study the approach to develop the students’ effective knowledge management. The research samples, derived by quota sampling, were 250 students of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat from 5 faculties which were verified 50 students per each. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and content analysis. The research results founded that; 1. Overall and in specific aspects, the level of knowledge management of the students was at a high level. When classified each aspect, they consisted of learning resources within the university, knowledge creation, knowledge exchange, knowledge seeking, knowledge application, information technology, and on learning resources outside the university, respectively. 2. Students’ knowledge management as classified by students’ status: gender, and faculty were not different. 3. The development of effective knowledge management of students of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University should include personal competency, learning process, and learning resources and technology utilization. |
