Abstract: This research studied the guidelines for developing digital technology in the organization's work of Rai Khing Municipality, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The purposes of this research were to 1) the factors of using electronic documentation in the work of personnel in Rai Khing Municipality and 2) study the guidelines of using electronic documentation in the work of personnel in Rai Khing Municipality. The research was a quantitative research. The researcher studied the approaches for using electronic archives in the work of personnel in Rai Khing municipality. The questionnaire was used in order to collect data from 162 civil servants and contractors according to the mission of Rai Khing Municipality. Furthermore, the questionnaire was used to analyze frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results revealed that the respondents to answer the questionnaire 162 people by the female 112 people 69.10 percent and the male 50 people 30.90 percent. The most the respondents to answer the questionnaire 162 people, ages 36-45 years 84 people 51.90 percent, 25-35 years 55 people 34 percent, 46-55 years 17 people 10.50 percent and the least was more than 56 years 6 people 3.70 percent. The cognitive personnel within the municipality of Rai Khing had already used the electronic archive system to work in some parts under the division and knew that the electronic archive system can be accessed anywhere and at any time. Focusing on the attitude, Rai Khing Municipality has supported and allowed the adoption of the electronic archive system to be adapted in the organization. Therefore, it made the agency accept and change the way of working into the electronic system. Electronic Document Practice is accessed regularly in order to exchange knowledge with colleagues on the use of the electronic document system in their work and able to adapt to electronic operations. A document search system is used in the electronic archive work system to make it easier to find. Regarding the promotion of electronic operations, the agency has encouraged personnel to have competence, knowledge, skills, and necessary characteristics to be used in the duties assigned to achieve success.
