Abstract: The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act B.E. 2551 is a law that has been in force for about 10 years. When we compared to the era it can be seen that this law lacks modernity. In particular, it prohibits advertising in any way and allowed to sell alcoholic beverages for only 10 hours a day, during the period specified by law. And prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages on religious days, affect domestic tourism business. Therefore, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act B.E. 2551 should always be reviewed and improved. So that the aforementioned laws can keep pace with changes that is currently being developed all the time and there should be knowledge and understanding about the aforementioned Act to the public thoroughly. That will enforce this law more efficiently especially the people.
