Abstract: This article aims to present knowledge about COVID-19 syndrome and the role of nurses in managing post-COVID-19 long syndrome caused by an emerging infectious pandemic disease by a coronavirus, that first occurred in December 2019 Wuhan City, the capital of Hubei, China. COVID-19 can spread from person to person by passing through small droplets (aerosol), resulting in widespread infection, and found that many infected people and died. Later, there was COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand, divided into 5 waves. COVID-19 has signs and symptoms in different strains that are similar and different. People infected with COVID-19 often have abnormal symptoms or complications from Long COVID-19 is a symptom that occurs after treatment for COVID-19 infection has been cured. Long COVID indicates the persistence of symptoms weeks or months after the first COVID-19 infection. This is an unusual symptom that persists or is a new symptom more than 4 weeks after being infected with COVID-19. The symptoms found in many systems of the body and vary from person to person, including respiratory systems, mental health symptoms, neurological systems, general symptoms, cardiovascular systems, and dermatology symptoms. Symptoms after being infected with COVID-19 affect daily life both physically and mentally. which should be properly consulted and recommended by medical personnel. The role of community nurse an important role in the search, surveillance, and control of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is an important measure for disease control and community nurses also play a role in accessing public health services for health promotion and prevention of illness caused by COVID-19 infection by using the nursing process to promote health, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. The role of community nurse an important the prevention and rehabilitation of COVID-19 symptoms providing advice to people in the community so that people can carry on their daily lives normally.
