Abstract: Shuttle bus in Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University is an electric bus with 22 seats. Shuttle bus that service in university and free charge. Most popular public transport in many universities both in and abroad. The main objective to reduce vehicles travel in the university. Shuttle bus will deserves to be assessed on suitability of service to passengers both in form of qualitative data and quantitative data. For this study, quantitative data including bus travel time and number of passengers during business hours under normal situation (Before Covid-19 situation in Thailand) by the results of the study found suitability of buses, routes and frequency of service is not enough compared to number of passengers. As a result, there are stranded passengers during peak hour in some bus stops. This study therefore recommends guideline for improving shuttle bus service in Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. Guidelines for improving are divided into 2 forms, short-term such as merge bus stop, route reductions and long-term such as installation GPS system leading to development of bus information system. In this regard, for development of transportation which brings benefits to travel of students and personnel within Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University.
