Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the states and problems in online learning management of pre- service biology teachers, Faculty of Science and Technology, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The target group in this research were 29 pre- service biology teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the states and problems on online learning of pre- service biology teachers. The data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations. The results indicated that most of them had experience in online learning management. The place which they used to teach was at home. They used their laptop to teach with Google Meet program and used their mobile internet connection. The most common problem on online learning managing was the pre-service biology teachers’ health (mean 4.06), followed by the learning measurement and assessment (mean 3.98) and the expenditure (mean 3.83), respectively. The least common problem was the teaching supervision (mean 2.27).
