Factors affecting the adaptation of government organizations to become a digital government of Sai Yok District Office, Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the factors affecting the adaptation of government organizations to become a digital government of Sai Yok district office, Kanchanaburi province. There are 3 objectives: 1) to study the level human resource development to support the digital era 2) to study the level of government organization adaptation to become a digital government and 3) to study􀀃the factors affecting the adaptation of government organizations to become a digital government. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 22 populations. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis with statistical significance at the level of .05. The results of this study found that 1) the level of human resource development to support the digital era was at a high level 2) the level of government organization adaptation to become a digital government at a high level and 3) in the hypothesis testing, that the knowledge management factor and innovation development factors affecting the adaptation of government organizations to become a digital government of Sai Yok district office, Kanchanaburi province, 54.9 percent, with a statistical significance of .05.
