Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the level of knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and problems in working adaptation of government personnel in the digital government transformation. The questionnaire was used to collect data from the population of government personnel, from two offices in Nakhon Pathom and Suphan Buri provinces, totaling 62 people, and the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics by SPSS for Windows program. The results reveal that the majority of the population is female. Most of them are 41 years or over, and have civil servant status.􀀃A large number of them hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and have monthly income 15,001 - 25,000 baht, while work durations in the office are mainly between 11 - 20 years. In general, they have been recognized about the digital government from the meeting. Overall, the government personnel of both offices had a high level of knowledge of digital government concepts. However, the attitude towards digital government transformation is at a moderate level. The adaptive behavior in work is at a good level, and there is a high level of adaptation problems in working to transform into a digital government
