The Development of Electronic book on Tree Business in The New Normal

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study and analyze the knowledge management of tree business in the next normal 2) to develop e-books on knowledge management of tree business in the next normal, including 10 topics: 2.1) COVID-19 pandemic 2.2) background 2.3) flowering plants 2.4) ornamental plants 2.5) big trees or perennials 2.6) business expenses 2.7) popular tree in the market 2.8) preparation for becoming a tree business entrepreneur 2.9) tree planting and caring 2.10) pros and cons of running tree business 3) to measure the efficiency of electronic books (e-books) about the knowledge management of tree business in the next normal. The samples in this research were 10 tree business entrepreneurs in Ratchaburi Province and 3 e-book content specialists. The instruments used for data collection in this research were interviewing tree business entrepreneurs and conducting an e-book performance satisfaction questionnaire. The data were collected through online interviews and questionnaires. The statistics used for data analyses were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) this study was able to create an electronic book (e-book) about tree business knowledge management for the general public who are interested in running tree businesses 2) satisfaction with the overall and each aspect of e-book performance was ranked in the highest level (x = 4.30, S.D. = .354). The results of this research were to create an electronic book (e-book) on tree business knowledge management to educate people who are interested in tree business to find information before starting a tree business in the next normal.
