Abstract: Breast milk is the best nutrient for babies to support their physical and mental development. It also has natural immunity that helps the baby to resist various illnesses. According to the Thailand Breastfeeding Situation Survey in 2019, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months was very low, 14%. Adolescent mothers were at risk of stopping breastfeeding before 6 months due to lack of knowledge, lack of confidence, inexperienced, and lack of mentors to give advice and counseling when problems arise. In addition of the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 situation that has occurred around the world since the end of 2019, a survey found that infants are formula-fed as high as 82.43 %. From the results of various studies, the coronavirus disease 2019 cannot be transmitted through breast milk. Therefore, the World Health Organization has established breastfeeding guidelines for mothers infected with the Coronavirus Disease 2019. In this issue, we search lots of information about various breastfeeding context in order that Coronavirus 2019 infected adolescent mothers success in exclusive breastfeeding. In addition, the supporting from society, family, workplaces, and medical personnel must be organized to provide access to services conveniently. There is a visitation system to provide complete and appropriate information for each individual problem and knowledge of breastfeeding in this 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic situation. According to the analysis of research and academic articles, the research found that breastfeeding could be successful practice was depended on the role of nurses in promoting breastfeeding to teenage mothers who are more vulnerable than mothers of other age groups. The important roles were included: 1.) Building a positive breastfeeding attitude among teenage mothers infected with the Coronavirus 2019 by adhering to the fifth step of the ladder of success. 2.) The assessment of the condition of teenage mother consists of general appearance assessment, and the needs of teenage mothers after childbirth, also assessing the basic knowledge experience of breastfeeding, confidence, commitment, self-management and having common goals. 3.) Assessment of the coronavirus disease 2019 infection among teenage mothers. 4.) Assisting and supporting breastfeeding activities through social media on the health application 5.) Prepare animated cartoons. to be used in the planning before discharge. 6.) Evaluation of support and assistance to improve the guidelines for promoting breastfeeding for teenage mothers infected with the 2019 coronavirus.
