Abstract: The purposes of this research were to 1) develop and find the efficiency of lesson plans by using learning technique based on active learning concept at 80/80 criteria; 2) develop of student’s conceptual thinking skill by using learning technique based on active learning concept and 3)study students’ satisfaction to learning by using learning technique based on active learning concept. The sample consisted of 34 2nd year High Vocational Certificate students Majoring in Marketing of Panitchayakanrajdamnern Technological College, bangkok, in the second semester of 2020 academic year, selected by simple random sampling. The tools for this study were 1) a lesson plans by using learning technique based on active learning : 2) Business situation analysis form and rubric score ; 3) a students’ satisfaction evaluation form. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for hypothesis testing and content analysis. The research findings are as follows: 1. The lesson plans by using learning technique based on active learning concept had the efficiency higher than 75/75 (E1/ E2 = 84.28/88.09). 2. A student’s conceptual thinking skill after the learning higher than that before the learning, with a statistical significance at the level of 0.05 3. The student’s satisfaction toward learning by using learning technique based on active learning concept was at the high level.
