Abstract: Three objectives of this research were to evaluate the operations and to study factors of online learning management and to generate the equation of output forecasting in new n nornal era of Thailand National Sports University, Chiang Mai Carpus. The target group was 283 first-year students enrolled to study in acadernic year 2020. Instrurnents use was a five-rating questionnaire. The evaluation results of online learning managernent in new norrnal era of Thailand National Sports University, Chiang Mai Carnpus were overall at a high level. If considering by each aspect, it was found that the average scores of Output were at 4.00, followed by the average scores of input were at 3.99, and the average scores of process were at 3.93, respectively. The results of the study was to generate the equation of output forecasting, it was found that 4 variables could be used for the real prediction for output of online learning management in new normal era (Y) as follows: controlling (Pa), man (M, ), leading (P.) and money (M.) at 81.40 percent and showed the equation of product forecasting with standard scores: Z - 0.409P+0.278M, +0.181Ps+0.143M
