Abstract: This academic paper presents the development of digital skills and working in a New Normal .The results show that digital skills are one of the key components leading to the development of digital organizations, either a digital government organization or a digital government and private digital organizations. It was also found that digital skills, digital citizenship and digital intelligence are interrelated. By becoming a good digital citizen must have digital intelligence that consists of both technological and advanced thinking skills and knowledge. Also known as "Ability to understand and use digital technology" (Digital Literacy), as a citizen living in society Knowing and understanding online rights and responsibilities is the basis for good digital citizenship. For key suggestions for developing digital skills and working in the world of the future, Important aside from digital skills. Still need to develop specialized skills for the profession (Professional Skills) at the same time. In addition, the development of digital skills in entering a New normal development of people in digital organizations, government sectors or digital governments. And digital organizations, the private sector still wants workers to have many skills (Multi-skilled) more have teamwork skills with constant learning. Able to deal with stress and alienation as well as having to be prepared to deal with higher levels of unpredictability
