Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to 1) compare the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of ordering food delivery via GrabFood and Foodpanda application of personnel in higher education institutions in Nakhon Pathom Province and 2) study the marketing strategies of GrabFood and Foodpanda application. The samples used in the study, selected by purposive random sampling, comprised 96 students and personnel of three universities in Nakhon Pathom Province using GrabFood and Foodpanda application. The research tools consisted of questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaires were distributed to 90 people, and the interviews were carried out with six people of the samples. The statistics used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics: frequencies distraction, percentage and standard deviation. The findings showed that the Grabfood application gained more satisfaction than the Foodpanda application in every aspect, including efficiency of application, appropriateness of service fee, worth of service fee, duration of food delivery service, quality of product when delivered to customers, ease of use, marketing strategies and prevention system of error that might occur in the application. |
