Abstract: The purposes of this research were to 1) construct and assess the cartoon Book integrating with the culture of Three provinces of Southern Thailand 2) to compare students’ reading skill before and after studying by using this book and 3) to study the students’ satisfaction of the cartoon Book integrated with the culture of Three provinces of Southern Thailand. The samples were 180 students of Islamic Private Secondary School of Three provinces of Southern Thailand. The samples were classified by Purposive sampling. The research tools were 1) the Arabic language cartoon Book integrating with the culture of Three provinces of Southern Thailand 2) Reading test and 3). The satisfaction surveys. The statistics using in this research were percentage, mean (􀀛 􀴥 ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The results revealed that the quality of the Arabic language cartoon Book integrating with the culture of Three provinces of Southern Thailand is in high level (􀀛 􀴥 =4.26, S.D.= 0.50) and the score of reading skill Testing revealed that post-test score is higher than pre-test score in 24.11 percent and the students were highly satisfied the Arabic language cartoon Book integrating with the culture of Three provinces of Southern Thailand (􀀛 􀴥 =4.33, S.D.=0.65)
