The main criteria considered in decision making of feasibility investment by consisted of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-to-Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback period. The results of the study showed a negative value for the investment because the project presented the Net Present Value (NPV) at -31,834,334.03 Baht, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) at 0.33 percent, Benefit-to- Cost Ratio (BCR) at 0.97 and Payback Period at 7 years 1 month. Therefore, the project sensitivity analysis found that when the return increases by 20 percent while the fixed investment and the operating expenses constant then project will be worth the investment.en_US
