Abstract: This study aims to study Dental Hospital of Khon Kaen university: special clinic staffs’ satisfaction on repayment checking through information system. Quantitative research tool was online questionnaire, which was 0.872 of tasted reliability. The samples were 186 special clinic staffs of Dental Hospital, Khon Kaen University, randomly sampling. Analyzed by descriptive statistic; concluding frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result showed the staffs was satisfied in highest level for 66.7 percent. To describe over the details, the result showed that: The data transferring speed, the data transferring accuracy, the convenience in data transferring, the reduction in paper utilize, the decrement in procedure’s steps, and the decrement of working time were satisfied in highest level. The satisfactory on admin’s response in data correction was in moderate level.
