Happiness of students enrolling Bachelor's degree programs, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the level of happiness among students enrolling the Bachelor’s degree program at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. 386 subjects were selected from 2,946 students enrolling in the academic year 2018. The tool used in this research was questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed from the happiness measurement model of Jaturawat Phanuekrum (2016), containing 51 items, composing 2 parts namely the first part seeking personal data and the second part seeking happiness index, reliability by Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient at 0.93. The statistics used for analyzing data consisted of percentage, mean, S.D.. Result of the research was found that the average level of overall happiness of Bachelor's degree programs, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, academic year 2018 is high ( X = 3.93, SD. = 0.42). And found that the level of happiness in Happy Heart / Kindness is the highest ( X = 4.41, SD. = 0.51).
