Abstract: The soil was collected from Huppatat Area of Uthaithani Province. The soil texture was black loamy soils. The bacterial count was used by spread plate technique and diluted soil solution to dilution level 10-4. The results of bacteria counting were ranges from 0.07 ± 1.41 × 106 –0.46 ± 2.05 × 106 CFU/ml. Sample A and sample B was a significant difference (p≤0 . 0 5 ) when determined by comparing between bacterial populations. Bacterial species were isolated following standard methods. The isolates were cultured on Nutrient Agar (NA). In the study found different 28 bacterial isolates. Out of 28 isolates were tested morphology (color, surface ,and margin) and gram staining. The result showed that 27 isolates were gram-positive bacteria and 1 isolate was gram-negative bacteria. This study is the first step in the implementation of a bacterial and this information will be enlarged in the future.
