There were isolated from soil by the Baermann-funnel method and Sucrose Technique. Identification of nematodes is based on morphological techniques. The result showed that were found in the genus of the plant-parasitic nematodes were non-significantly different (p≤0.05) from agricultural systems. Classified into 3 genera of plant-parasitic nematodes: Helicotylenchus sp., Meloidogyne sp., Rotylenchulus sp., and order Triplonchida.
