Financial Feasibility Study of Silver Oak Production: The Case Study of Nakhon Ratchasima

Abstract

Currently, the trend of planting perennials plant has a drastic increase and become widespread, due to encouraging of many projects from the government and private sector successively. However, these projects require a long period for planting to gain the outcome. Moreover, the risk of marketing is also the one thing that has to consider. This research will investigate physical manufacturing and the feasibility of a financial within this planting Silver Oak project in Nakhon Ratchasima. By using In-depth questionnaires to interview ten agriculturists who plant Silver Oak. Afterwards, the data will be analyzed, which classified in three methods, by using Qualitative Research to average capital as a base year to approximate expense, income, and financial benefit of Silver Oak. The result of this research, it is found that the major capital from the farmers is from direct raw materials about 64 percent. It is obviously seen that if the producer invests heavily on a large volume of output and sales, the yield will return at a high rate as well. It is suggested that the farmers should learn how to find the optional method about using direct raw material. Furthermore, the related organization must encourage and supply them the essential information. As regards the news, species of each perennial and the price should be included in the market.

ปัจจุบันโครงการปลูกไม้ยืนต้นเป็นที่ได้รับความสนใจและความนิมเพิ่มมากขึ้น เนื่องจากได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก โครงการต่าง ๆของรัฐบาลและเอกชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่โครงการไม้ฝืนต้นต้องใช้ระยะเวลาในการปลูกที่ยาวนานและมีความ เสี่ยงด้านการตลาด จึงขัดทำงานวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปทางกายภาพ การผลิต และความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงินของ โครงการปลูกต้นซิลเวอร์โอ๊คในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเชิงลึก (In-depth-interview) สัมภาษณ์เกษตรกรผู้ ปลูกซิลเวอร์โอ๊ค 10 ราย นำวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ (Qualitative Research โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยของต้นทุนมาเป็นปีฐานเพื่อ ทำการประเมินต้นทุน ผลตอบแทน และความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินของการผลิตต้นซิลเวอร์โอ๊คที่ผู้วิจัยทำการออกแบบไว้ทั้ง 2 รูปแบบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเกษตรกรมีตันทุนมาจากวัตถุดิบทางตรงมากที่สุดถึงร้อยละ 64 42 โดยการผลิตยิ่งลงทุนในการผลิต และขายในความถี่ที่มาก ยิ่งทำให้ได้ผลตอบแทนสูงยิ่งขึ้นเช่นกัน งานวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะว่าให้เกษตรกรควรทำการศึกษาหา ทางเลือกอื่น ใ ในการใช้วัตถุดิบทางตรง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรส่งสริมและแนะนำความรู้ให้แก่เกษตรกร ในเรื่องของ ข่าวสารด้านการตลาดของไม้ฝืนต้นแต่ละชนิตให้ชัดจนและเข้ามามีส่วนช่วยในเรื่องของราค คำสำคัญ: การวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าทางการเงิน, ซิลเวอร์โอ๊ค, จังหวัตนครราชสีมา
