The Participation in The Development of Health Tourism of Ranong Municipality Community

Abstract

This research is a survey research. The objectives of this research were 1) to study participation in health tourism development of communities in Ranong municipality and 2) to compare participation in health tourism development of communities in Ranong municipality, classifying by gender, age, education level and occupation. The 20 community committee consisted of 200 people. The sample group is 134 people. The samples were determined by using the Taro Yamane formula and were randomly selected. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The reliability was 0.845. Data were analyzed by using basic statistics such as mean, standard deviation, test statistics such as t-test and F test, and paired difference test by LSD method.The research results show that 1) participation in health tourism development in communities in Ranong municipality in overall and in each aspect were at medium levels. The order of the average is high to low as follows Regarding participation in monitoring and evaluation, participation in operations and operations, participation in receiving benefits, participation in suggestion, planning and decision making, respectively, and 2 ) the comparison results show that gender, overall, was not different in each aspect, it was found that participation in monitoring and evaluation differences werestatistically significant at 0.05, classifying by age, educational level and occupation differences at statistical significance 0.05.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิง สุขภาพของชุมชนเขตเทศบาลเมืองระนอง และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพของ ชุมชนเขตเทศบาลเมืองระนอง จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ ประชากร ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการชุมชน 20 ชุมชน จำนวน 200 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 134 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการใช้สูตรของ Taro Yamane แล้วทำการ สุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.845 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ ได้แก่ ค่าที่ ค่าเอฟ (t test and F-test) และทดลอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีการ LSD ผลการวิจัยผลว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพของชุมชนเขตเทศบาลเมือง ระนอง โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับป่านกลาง เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงไปต่ำได้ดังนี้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตาม และประเมินผล ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตำเนินงานและปฏิบัติกร ต้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ และ ด้านการมี ส่วนร่วมในการเสนอความคิด กรวางแผนและการตัดสินใจ ตามลำตับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบพบว่าจำแนกตามเพศ โดย ภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน รายด้านพบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามและประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ 0.05 จำแนกตามอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
