Abstract: The objective of this research were to 1 ) synthesized Conceptual Framework of Flipped Classroom Techniques Model with Collaborative Learning Techniques on Social Media, 2) evaluate the synthesized research methodology consisted of 2 steps as follows: 1) synthesis of Conceptual Framework of Flipped Classroom Techniques Model with Collaborative Learning Techniques on Social Media using Delphi Technique from 10 experts, and 2) empirical evaluation of the synthesized model by 10 experts. The samples used in this research was 10 experts using purposive sampling. The data was analyzed mean and standard deviation. The result showed that 1) Conceptual Framework of Flipped Classroom Techniques Model with Collaborative Learning Techniques on Social Media from Delphi Technique that consisted of 5 modules as 1) Flipped Classroom Module 2) Student Module 3) Social Media Learning Module 4) Collaborative Learning Module 5) Evaluation Module and 2) the results of the synthesized model on empirical evaluation by experts showed that they accepted the model in very good level (X̅ = 4.40, S.D. = 0.52). In conclusion, that can be used the synthesized conceptual framework properly.
