dc.description.abstract	แยกสารบริสุทธิ์จากสารสกัดไดคลอโรมีเทนของบอระเพ็ด (วงศ์เมนิสเปอร์มาซ๊อี) จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยเทคนิค โครมาโทกราฟี ได้แก่ Vacuum Liquid Column Chromatography (VLC) และ Column Chromatography (CC) ได้ อะพอร์ฟีนแอลคาลอยด์ 2 ชนิด คือ Z ต่อ E ฟอร์ม อัตราส่วนเท่ากับ 2 ต่อ 1 ของ N-formylnornuciferine (1) เป็น ของแข็งสีขาวและ N-formylannonaine (2) เป็นผลึกรูปเข็มใสไม่มีสี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.000025 และ 0.00027 เทียบกับ น้ำหนักพืช ตามลำดับ รวมทั้ง stigmasterol (3) ซึ่งโครงสร้างของสารทั้งหมดพิสูจน์โดยเทคนิคสเปคโทรสโคปี ได้แก่ 1H-NMR, IR และ MS และจุดหลอมเหลว	en_US
