The reliability coefficient for innovative leadership was 0.87, and for the learning organization, 0.82. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. Innovative Leadership: Overall and in each individual aspect, innovative leadership of school administrators was at a high level. These aspects included managing innovation teams, team building, rewarding innovation, finding and working with supporters, developing skills, recruiting for innovation, and creating a climate for innovation, respectively. 2.
