Abstract: The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the organizational health of Nikhomsongkhro School and 2) to examine the guidelines for enhancing organizational health at Nikhomsongkhro School under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office. The conceptual framework comprised seven dimensions of organizational health: institutional integrity, principal influence, consideration, initiating structure, resource support, morale, and academic emphasis. The population consisted of 31 school administrators and teachers at Nikhomsongkhro School under the Ranong Primary Educational Service Area Office during the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.85 and a semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that the overall level of organizational health of Nikhomsongkhro School across all seven components was at a high level. When considering each component, resource support had the highest mean, followed by principal influence, initiating structure, morale, collegial relationships, and organizational integrity, while academic emphasis had the lowest mean. Furthermore, the guidelines for enhancing organizational health revealed that school administrators emphasized organizational development by systematically appointing curriculum development committees and implementing curriculum development. Administrators applied positive reinforcement and openly accepted opinions and suggestions from teachers and personnel to improve management in accordance with actual conditions. In addition, annual action plans were systematically developed to determine operational directions and collaboratively plan budget utilization with teachers. Recognition and commendation were provided to teachers with outstanding performance, and teachers were encouraged to develop instructional innovations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning.
