Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study the implementation of internal quality assurance and to identify guidelines for its implementation at Phratamnak Suankularb Mahamongkol School under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 2. The study covered six aspects: the establishment of educational standards, the formulation of an educational development plan in accordance with the educational standards, the implementation of the plan, the evaluation and internal review of educational quality, the monitoring of operations for school improvement in accordance with the educational standards, and the preparation of the self-assessment report. The population consisted of 70 teachers at Phratamnak Suankularb Mahamongkol School under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area 2 in the 2025 academic year. The research instruments were a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The questionnaire was examined for content validity by three experts and yielded an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) of 1.00. Its reliability coefficient was 0.984. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The study revealed that the overall implementation of internal educational quality assurance was at a high level across all six aspects. When considered by aspect, the preparation of the self-assessment report had the highest mean score, followed by the evaluation and internal review of educational quality, whereas the formulation of the educational development plan had the lowest mean score. The guidelines showed that school administrators should systematically establish educational standards and plan quality development by encouraging participation from all sectors and using information as the basis for implementation. Evaluation, review, and monitoring should be conducted continuously in accordance with the PDCA cycle, and the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) should be prepared as empirical evidence to strengthen public confidence in the school.
