| Abstract: | The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the level of change management at Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon, and (2) to examine the guidelines for change management at Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon. The population consisted of 93 teachers at Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon during the 2025 academic year. The researcher was excluded from the population, resulting in a total of 92 respondents. The key informants for the interviews were three school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon and the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instruments consisted of a five-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .985 and a semi-structured interview form. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that the overall level of change management at Sawiwittaya School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suratthani Chumphon was at a high level across all four dimensions. When each dimension was considered individually, the personnel dimension had the highest mean score, followed by the organizational culture dimension, whereas the organizational structure dimension had the lowest mean score. Regarding the guidelines for change management, the findings indicated that school administrators should design and improve the organizational structure to enhance flexibility and agility while implementing proactive management. They should systematically apply information technology to administrative planning and school operations by developing a platform for data storage, integration, and accessibility. In addition, they should build personnel confidence and trust through participatory management, continuously enhance the competencies of teachers and staff, assume supportive leadership roles while adhering to the principles of fairness, and promote an open organizational culture that respects diverse opinions by encouraging personnel to express their views, engage in constructive discussions, and incorporate their suggestions into school development. |
