| Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current operations and 2) to establish guidelines for developing the 21st-century student support system at Chanhunbamphen School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. The study focused on five core components: 1) Individual Student Identification 2) Student Screening 3) Student Promotion and Development 4) Prevention and Intervention and 5) Student Referral. The population for this study consisted of a total of 37 participants, including 2 school administrators and 35 teachers at Chanhunbamphen School. In addition, three key informants were selected for the interviews. The research instruments employed were a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) equal to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of .975, along with a semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings indicate that: 1) The implementation of the Student Support and Safeguarding System at Chanhunbamphen School is overall at a high level. Individually, the Referral System achieved the highest mean score, while Student Promotion and Development received the lowest. 2) To adapt to the 21st century, the proposed guidelines emphasize integrating Information Technology and Big Data for precision, utilizing modern psychological tools, and fostering proactive life-skills activities. Additionally, the school aims to strengthen community networks via online platforms and streamline referral protocols while prioritizing children’s rights and efficiency. |
