The purposes of this research were to study the level of student support system administration at Phyathai School, under the Bangkok Metropolitan Primary Educational Service Area Office, and to study guidelines for the administration of the student support system at Phyathai School, under the Bangkok Metropolitan Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research population comprised 71 teachers employed at Phyathai School, affiliated with the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office, during the 2025 academic year. The research instruments were a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with an Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) index of 0.67–1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.93, and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that the overall administration of the student care and support system of Phyathai School was at a high level. When examined by individual component, the promotion and development component yielded the highest mean score, followed by problem prevention and resolution, student screening, student referral, and individual student recognition, which recorded the lowest mean score. Regarding the proposed administrative guidelines, it was found that school administrators should establish policies directing teachers to systematically collect individual student data, define screening criteria based on family background information, organize diverse student development activities both inside and outside the classroom, and coordinate collaboration among parents, communities, and relevant agencies to facilitate the referral of students to external organizations or specialists in accordance with each student's individual needs and circumstances.en_US
