This research aims to study and propose spatial planning guidelines for small cosmetic surgery clinic in Bangkok in order to enhance user experience. The study focuses on analyzing the relationship between spatial planning, spatial circulation, zoning based on levels of privacy, and the behavioral patterns of both users and medical staff. A qualitative research methodology was employed, including a review of relevant literature, case study analysis, field observations, and in-depth interviews with six groups: first-time users, regular users, physicians, staff, clinic owners, and design experts. With a total of 14 participants. A small cosmetic surgery clinic located in the Ladprao area of Bangkok was selected as the case study due to its spatial limitations and urban context. The findings indicate that small cosmetic surgery clinic in urban areas commonly face spatial planning issues, including discontinuity in service sequences, unclear zoning that leads to interference among users, and insufficient privacy. Additionally, spatial constraints often result in overcrowded waiting areas and inefficient circulation, which fail to adequately create a sense of safety and trust among users. The analysis suggests that these issues can be addressed through clear and continuous spatial organization based on the service sequence, appropriate zoning according to privacy levels, and the adjustment of spatial dimensions to suit actual usage. Furthermore, the design of the physical environment-such as lighting, color, materials, and spatial proportions-should promote relaxation and confidence among users. The findings are synthesized into practical spatial planning guidelines for small Cosmetic surgery clinic that can be effectively applied within the constraints of commercial buildings in urban contexts.en_US
