Abstract: The objectives of this research were to 1) study the perception of AI-generated music on YouTube and 2) Emotional Responses to the Song among Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University Students. The population for this study consisted of undergraduate students at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. Data were collected via questionnaires from a sample of 400 participants and analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe demographic data, perception, and emotional response. Research results showed that the overall perception of AI-generated music on YouTube was at a moderate level (x ̅=2.78) The highest perception was found in the accessibility of AI music via YouTube’s recommendation system, reflecting technological efficiency. However, the ability to distinguish between human and AI music remained moderate, suggesting that AI music quality is becoming comparable to human creations. Regarding emotional responses, the overall level was moderate (x ̅=3.15) Notably, negative emotions were at a high level; students expressed concerns over AI replacing human roles and felt that AI music lacks authenticity and "soul." Meanwhile, positive emotions like surprise and happiness were only moderate. In conclusion, while AI is a recognized innovation, students still primarily value the inherent worth of human creativity.
